1. Services Provided

Irish Dance Pro Limited offers professional website design services, specifically tailored for Irish dance schools and other small businesses. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Website design and development.

  • SEO optimization.

  • Social media integration.

  • Ongoing website maintenance support (if agreed upon).

  • Optional marketing consultation services.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian.

  • Provide accurate, complete information when requested.

3. Payment Terms

To begin work on your website, a 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining 50% due upon completion and handover of the website.

Work will commence once the deposit is received and will be completed within two weeks, unless otherwise specified. If you fail to provide the required materials on time, the project timeline may be delayed.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds for website services are generally not provided once work has commenced, as these services are custom-designed for your business. However, we will work with you to ensure satisfaction with the final product. If, after several revisions, you are still unsatisfied with the final product, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing all necessary content (text, images, videos, etc.) required for the creation of your website. You agree to:

  • Respond promptly to communication.

  • Provide accurate and timely information and materials.

  • Review and approve all design drafts and revisions in a timely manner.

Failure to do so may result in delays to the project timeline.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the website design and content will transfer to you. However, we retain the right to use any designs created as part of your project for promotional or portfolio purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon.

You agree that you will not resell, redistribute, or use our designs or materials for purposes other than the intended use without prior written consent.

7. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, without prior notice. However, we will complete any project that has already begun under the agreed terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Irish Dance Pro Limited and its director, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our Services, including, but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits or revenue.

  • Business interruptions.

  • Loss of data or content.

Our total liability in any matter arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the total fees paid by you for the Services rendered.

9. Termination

You or Irish Dance Pro Limited may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you will remain responsible for any outstanding payments for Services rendered up to the date of termination.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

Your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found here. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy, in compliance with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.
